What we are

Umazi Land Co is a land acquisition company. We buy vacant lots under contract and sell or assign those contracts to builders and investors. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and do not represent buyers or sellers as agents.

Offers

Any offer we make is a written proposal and is not binding on either side until a purchase agreement is signed. Offers are based on public records and may change after due diligence. Closings take place at a licensed Florida title company; we never hold your funds.

Builder buy boxes

Submitting a buy box does not obligate you to purchase anything. We use it only to decide which lots to send you.
