Umazi Land Co ("we") buys and sells vacant land contracts in Southwest Florida. This policy explains what we collect on umaziland.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, company, email, phone, and details about a lot or a buy box. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.

How we use it

To reply to you about the lot or buy box you submitted, to make or receive an offer, and to coordinate a closing with a licensed Florida title company. Builder buy boxes are never shared with other builders. Lot-owner details are shared only with the title company and, if you accept an offer, the buyer taking assignment of the contract.

Calls and texts

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your property. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email chris@umaziland.com. We do not send marketing blasts.

Public records

Property information on this site (lot counts, prices, parcel details) comes from Lee County public records.
